But I think that Beck put it best when this reviewer said, “The 17 Day Diet was nothing special, same thing you read everywhere. Cut the fats, cut the sugars, exercise more.” Were we to do this on our own, we, as a society, would not be paying for books like this. But obviously we don’t, and the 17 Day Diet provides the information with a doctor’s name on it. We’re more likely to listen.
