He has broken down workout routines into 25 minute increments, and he even gives you 5 cheat days. Sounds like a pretty comprehensive plan. The meals are nutritious, and the exercise plan is designed to help you burn fat, and gain muscle.

The Good

It was developed by an exercise and nutrition professional who has planned this a safe and effective way to lose weight. Many have seen great results when they stick to this plan, and follow exactly what he says. There are no adverse side effects, and many are happy with the weight loss they see.

The Bad

This is highly marketed as the diet for celebrities that is now available to the public. It truly is effective for many, and you’ll have a lot of celebs to back it up. However, you need to remember that celebrities have Harley working alongside them to make sure they stick with this plan.
