Accomplix H20 is basically speaking the diuretic Accomplix. It’s their most popular product, because it is theoretically meant to help you to lose weight and get into your skinny jeans fast. They claim that they use only the best natural ingredients to give you results without all the side effects.
The Good
They do have the ingredients they talk about, using a number of diuretics. So they are correct in their claims to some degree.
The Bad
You should never actually use a diuretic formula. It gives you quick weight loss yes. But it also causes quite a few side effects as your body actually needs that water weight, and therefore you should not be getting rid of it. Water weight, like other temporary weight loss, does not last. It does not even begin to last beyond the point of drinking another glass of water, and with the severe dehydration, obviously you will have more issues than you will benefits. So it’s not really something to consider. In all reality, it could even realistically speaking make future weight loss that much harder.
The Skinny
They are right in the idea that you can lose weight by using diuretics. But it never actually lasts. There is always serious weight rebound. It makes weight loss harder in the future, and it actually causes quite a few side effects to say the least. So realistically speaking, you should definitely find something better. They are basing all of their claims on things that are not honest, and they are potentially dangerous even. We would suggest that you find something else.
