Adipo-X as a number of new and effective weight loss ingredients. Glucomannan is an all natural fiber that has been recently connected to weight loss. With water and the right amounts, it blows up in the stomach filling most of it much like surgery. But it does not interfere with the absorption of essential nutrients. Other ingredients like chocamine can help you to get antioxidant and other weight loss benefits.
The Bad
Adipo-X has yohimbine. Yohimbine has been called many things. But it is not a weight loss supplement despite what they say. Yohimbine is actually a natural aphrodisiac that has been known to cause heart attacks, strokes, renal failure, and kidney damage in men and more side effects in women. Many of their ingredients do not promote weight loss, and all of their ingredients are found only in small amounts that do not actually promote any clinically proven results. We don’t often expect a natural product to have such serious side effects. We associate natural with safe, even if we don’t think they’ll work. But with Adipo-X, we can’t win on either count.
The Skinny
We would strongly recommend against the use of Adipo-X. It does not help you to lose weight, and it does not help you to achieve any other results. When it comes to Adipo-X, they focus more on popular ideas than substantiated facts. And the consumer is the one that suffers for it. You will not get any benefits, and you may end up with serious and long term health problems and side effects.
