AquaFull Reviews

Product Details
Created as the liquid version of a certain line of products, AquaFull is apparently meant to use the ideas of weight loss surgery to help you to naturally lose weight without using the surgery at all. They claim that AquaFull can finally help you to feel full so that you end up eating less, and apparently it even has a zesty lemon taste that everybody can enjoy.
The Good
They do have water, and if you drink 8oz of water before each meal, it has been proven to fill part of your stomach and therefore logically speaking suppress your appetite. Water alone is technically the cheapest natural appetite suppressant currently available. They do have green tea, which can burn fat and provide you with antioxidant benefits.
The Bad
They do not have any real appetite suppressants. Obviously, you could get water for free, easily enough. And realistically, they only really have a small amount of green tea at best. For this reason, it will not actually promote even the fat burning associated with green tea, let alone the other benefits that they actually talk about. It may have a preferable taste. But a good taste is not actually going to help you to lose weight or achieve any greater benefits.
The Skinny
We would not recommend bothering with AquaFull. It does not give you the benefits you are looking for, and there are far better options out there. We would definitely recommend sticking with something other than AquaFull, as something else might actually have proven mechanisms of action in general.
