Claiming to be the best workout in the world, Barry’s Bootcamp is apparently the way to burn fat, sizzle, and they even have classes and locations along with the videos, DVD’s, and otherwise. They claim that Barry’s Bootcamp will finally help you to get the amazing body you’ve always dreamed of. Now there have been workout programs based on the idea of bootcamp before, basically giving you the hardcore image. And to be honest, the simple fact is that some do actually work. The Good
They do have workouts that could burn some calories of course, because you are moving. And you can get cardio effects, which is ultimately speaking the only way to really burn more fat.
The Bad
Barry’s Bootcamp has not been nearly as popular as P90X for example. Yes, it doesn’t require as much exertion and it’s therefore easier for many. But the simple reality of things is that sometimes people actually want to have a harder workout, because ultimately speaking they achieve greater results. It does not provide the extreme and fast results, and many have a hard time actually maintaining a good workout, because without the advancing videos, they don’t really have the taught direction they are looking for. Barry’s Bootcamp does not actually provide these results.
