This combination is pretty clear, it keeps you revving and ready to go. As far as the clean energy without the crash idea goes, we highly doubt that. Any product with caffeine, even one that takes preventative measures, will cause the jitters, headaches, nausea, and eventually the crash for some people.
Users with a higher tolerance are less likely to experience this problem. It just depends on the person.
Does Celsius Energy Drink Function as a Weight Loss Supplement?

We just have to wonder, if Celsius Energy Drink had the clinically proven amounts for weight loss (and not just energy), why wouldn’t makers just come out and say “we use this much green tea, this much caffeine, etc.”
The Fine Balance

We really don’t like proprietary blends in weight loss supplements, it hides the amounts, because we suspect that Celsius Energy Drink might not have quite that much green tea or quite that much caffeine.
We could be wrong. With that large a proprietary blend, we are willing to concede that Celsius Energy Drink could be hiding the clinically proven amounts. Our point is what’s the point? If you have everything you’re supposed to, why would you hide that? Celsius Energy Drink is half way there with ingredients like green tea, it’s just that last leg of the race we’d like to see more proof of.
