Created by CNI Nutrition, Core4 Accelerate is actually part of an entire line of products. The Core4 line claims to piece by piece, help you to burn fat, increase energy, suppress appetite, and otherwise get what you need to lose weight. But of course, they break it up into individual pieces so that you have to buy and take multiple products at any given time if you actually want to see success. They claim that Core4 Accelerate will actually help you to stimulate thermogenic fat burning, suppress appetite, and promote energy and stamina all at the same time.
The Good
They have a very basic formula, meaning that they are more likely to use larger amounts of individual ingredients. This means that they have a better chance of actually giving you the clinically proven amounts of given ingredients. This being said, they use a blend of good ingredients including green tea, guarana, oolong tea, kola nut, and cayenne pepper. Green tea has literally been through hundreds of scientific studies proving it to be an efficient fat burner if used in the right amounts, and kola nut works as an effective appetite suppressant.
The Bad
Guarana actually has no relation to weight loss on its own. Without damiana and yerba mate, it does not promote any weight loss results at all. They only have that one part. So it is there for no reason. Likewise, they don’t actually have the clinically proven amounts of ingredients like green tea, which requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine. Their total proprietary blend is 850mg, and kola nut requires over 1000mg on its own.
The Skinny
Obviously, Core4 Accelerate didn’t think about all the facts. The simple fact is that if a product has the right concentrations of ingredients, they will show it off. They will not use proprietary blends. Proprietary blends are designed to hide small amounts and quite a few fillers. The kicker is that most of the time, the entire proprietary blend does not account for even one of their major ingredients, and Core4 Accelerate is no exception to that. We would definitely recommend finding something else.
