But if you are seriously overweight, it is actually easier for you to lose weight. Yes, chances are you struggle with eating too much, you struggle to get the energy to exercise, etc. But when you are overweight, your metabolism is naturally higher! So if you start eating right, exercising, etc, you will actually lose more weight in a shorter period of time than a person of a healthier weight ever could hope to. Likewise, leptin is caused by obesity. When you eat too much junk food, don’t exercise, etc, your leptin levels get out of control. They are more optimum when you behave yourself. So actually you have total control over your leptin levels. And frankly, they don’t actually have the right amounts of anything or otherwise. So that is why they have to rely on this hype and the idea that it’s all hormones and it’s not your fault.
The Skinny
Leptothin Reforme/Lep2Thin Reforme bases all their advertising on completely false pretenses. It does not have anything good, and frankly, you would really be only wasting your time and money.
