The Good

The Bad
It’s not actually called propol. They want to make it sound more exotic. But really, the ingredient is used in quite a few diet pills and it is called glucomannan. It requires about 1000mg, and though they have a blend of 1500mg, it’s basically a proprietary blend of 1500mg with one ingredient. You would think that would mean that they had 1500mg of glucomannan, more than enough to produce results. But then why use a proprietary blend? Because most of that 1500mg is actually made up of fillers, not glucomannan. These ingredients have nothing at all to do with weight loss, and honestly speaking, you could do better.
The Skinny
Propolene is not above making things up and otherwise trying to make themselves seem more exotic, more set apart, and therefore more attractive and special than they actually are. They mask a common ingredient under their own name, and then they use a proprietary blend to mask a bunch of fillers when obviously they only have one ingredient! So obviously speaking, this formula will not give you even the results show in successful clinical studies. So we would definitely recommend that you find something else.
