SomnaSlim is designed to help people lose weight and get a better rest every night. You take SomnaSlim every night before bed. SomnaSlim includes a number of relaxers along with appetite suppressants and the popular green tea.
The Good
Glucomannan promotes weight loss as an effective appetite suppressant because it is known for expanding in the stomach to make people feel full. The EGCG Green tea in SomnaSlim is also effective in the right amounts at helping people lose weight because it can increase your metabolism and reduce your appetite.
The Bad
Most of the ingredients are designed to help you sleep well. Besides the glucomannan and green tea, SomnaSlim also includes aloe vera, gymnema sylvestre, 5 HTP, valerian root, passion flower and melatonin. Of course the problem with SomnaSlim is the fact that you take it at night when you are more likely to eat less anyway. The appetite suppressant really isn’t likely to take any effect on you because you wouldn’t be hungry at night anyway. There is clinical evidence linking better sleep with better weight management, but there are no studies on SomnaSlim’s ability to help you sleep better or lose more weight.
The Skinny
SomnaSlim would be a perfect fat burner if it actually worked for most people. So many people suffer from restless sleeping and unwanted fat, but SomnaSlim is probably not going to effectively help you with either. SomnaSlim is trying to solve two problems when in reality it isn’t going to be the best solution for either problem especially when it comes to burning fat and losing weight.
