Can You Stick to the Caveman Diet?

We’re majorly conflicted on the Caveman Diet. On one hand, we look at the Caveman Diet as an extreme low carb diet (which most experts say is unhealthy) with some extreme exercises that we could see being damaging to the body.
On the other hand, we look at the dieters who are actually using the Caveman Diet, and we have a hard time believing what we see. All we know is that if any of us looked like the featured senior citizen using the Caveman Diet, we would never use anything else. We do believe that these are probably the few that can handle it and the exceptions to the rule as we would say with a lot of diet pills, but how do you argue with the pictures, even if it’s rare.
