The Good
They use synephrine, which is actually the only recognized alternative to ephedrine, as its chemical cousin. It has been shown to promote greater fat burning, metabolism, energy, and it suppresses appetite. They also use other fat burners like caffeine as well as guggulsterones for muscle building.
The Bad
They don’t actually use the right amounts of any of their ingredients. They have quite a few ingredients all smashed into 514mg. You can guarantee that half of that is fillers, and frankly, green tea alone requires 400mg, caffeine requires 400mg, synephrine requires at least 250mg.
